SustainablyMade® wooden products are made from kiln dried, sustainably farmed hardwood trees from the MARSSE Tropical Timber tree farm in Umingan, Pangasinan. MARSSE Tropical Timber is a duly registered tree plantation at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

WEBSHOP OPTION:

• Browse through our "SHOP" page and choose the product you wish to purchase. You may or may not opt for custom engraving.
• If you opt for custom engraving, a mock-up shall be provided via the webshop "PERSONALIZE" feature for your review. If we do not receive any comments regarding the mock-up, your paid order will be queued for engraving.
• Shipping fee will be caculated at check-out. Instructions for payment and various payment options will also be provided at check-out.
• We shall send you an email for the delivery lead time.

INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK / E-MAIL OPTION:

• You may browse through our feed, or product catalog. If you want to order in bulk, or would like to order something that is not on our webshop, you may pre-order it by accomplishing the order form that we shall be sending.
• We shall then provide you with your total amount due and payment options. Once payment has been made, we shall provide you with delivery lead time.
• For engraved items, we shall send you an mock-up for your review and approval. Once designs have been approved, your order will be queued for engraving.

As of now, we do not have a company Viber or Whatsapp. All detailed inquiries, especially for custom orders, must go through the e-mail.

Yes, we offer laser engraving services to personalize our SustainablyMade® products. Details for laser engraving such as in-house fonts and location can also be found in each product page. Click the "PERSONALIZE" button next to the "ADD TO CART" button. There you can see mock-ups of your order in real-time.

Please note that all products have the SustainablyMade® leaf logo on one side for boards, and at the bottom for tech stands. Engraving will be done on the opposite side of the leaf logo.

Yes, we can engrave your artwork or logo. Should you wish to have your own artwork or logo engraved, you may send a high-resolution file to sustainably.made@gmail.com so we can have it quoted accurately.

Engraving cost is subject to change based on complexity and size of the logo or artwork.

Please note that all products have the SustainablyMade® leaf logo on one side for boards, and at the bottom for tech stands. Engraving will be done on the opposite side of the leaf logo.

For Tech Stands, Coasters, and Wine Hat the engraving cost starts at P80 to P100. For Chopping Boards, Serving Boards, Laptop Cooler and Laptop Table, the engraving cost starts at P200.

For individual artworks, or company logos, engraving cost will be based on the complexity and the size of the design. Email us at sustainably.made@gmail.com for an accurate quote.

There is a chance that you may still change your engraving design if you have not approve your initial mock-up yet.

There are no additional fees for minor changes such as different positioning or scaling to a larger or smaller size.

However, for major changes and advanced editing, design fees will apply.

You may order a replacement going throught the same purchasing process. However, please note that this will not be free of charge. Please make sure that the engraving mock-up provided is correct before proceeding with approval.

Yes, SustainablyMade® produces custom-made furniture tailored to your specifications. We have done study tables, dining tables, coffee tables, bar tables, bed frames, racks, shelves, cabinets, dividers, chairs, stools, etc.

We also accept sample requests for bulk orders from restaurants, hotels, and other businesses.

We also accept woodworking projects designed by individuals for their personal use.

Kindly send your project proposal which includes design peg or clear sketch, complete dimensions and product description to sustainably.made@gmail.com to get a formal and accurate quotation.

Supplying of lumber, timber, or wood planks will depend on the season and availability.

Kindly send your inquiry to sustainably.made@gmail.com. Include quantity, expected lead time, specifications of wood, and shipping address, to get an estimate.

Quotation is valid for 30 days after sending. The date of validity shall be indicated in the Cost Estimate provided. After 30 days, the quote is subject to change without prior notice.

Lead time varies depending on availability of quantity and type of order. Stocks on hand are ready-to-ship.

Standard Item: 2 to 5 business days

Custom-Engraved / Personalized Item: 14 - 21 business days

Orders of 50 pieces and above: starts at 21 business days

Custom Furniture: starts at 28 business days

Our sustainable tree farm and workshop is located in Umingan, Pangasinan, Philippines.

As of January 2023, you may arrange for pick-up of orders amounting to P1,000 and up. For this request, kindly email us at sustainably.made@gmail.com.

Customer shall shoulder the booking and payment of the courier. Please take note of your order's size and weight indicated in the description, and match accordingly with the appropriate courier vehicle. Bigger and heavier products will require a 4-wheel option with additional manpower for carrying. SustainablyMade® will not be held liable for any damage/s incurred during transportation.

Pick-up window and temporary pick-up address will be provided after receipt of payment. Schedule is to be strictly followed as this is only a temporary location.

No, we don't have a physical shop yet. You may purchase our products on our webshop, and on our Instagram and Facebook page.

SustainablyMade® has partnered with various brands and stores to bring eco-friendly products closer to you. Below is the list of companies that are the only authorized retailers of SustainablyMade® products in the Philippines. These resellers only hold SustainablyMade® items such as our various tech stands, home accessories, and some of our smaller bar top pieces and kitchenware. They do not carry all of our items such as the SoHo collection, bigger kitchenware pieces, and other furniture. SustainablyMade® does not have a physical store or showroom.

SustainablyMade® Not-For-Food products--such as tech stands, candle holders, and furniture--are finished with lacquer or tung oil. Depending on the design or customer's specifications, the product may be stained or painted.

SustainablyMade® For-Food products such as chopping, serving, and kneading boards are finished only with extra virgin olive oil and beeswax. These For-Food products are natural in color and have no added stain. Over time, their natural wood color darkens and becomes richer.

To enjoy your SustainablyMade® For-Food wooden products for years to come, wipe clean or wash with a mild detergent and non-abrasive sponge. After washing, wipe dry then air dry completely, and moisturize with extra virgin olive oil or beeswax occasionally. Do not store in a box, or keep in a dark and damp place to avoid molds, and wood insects.

No, we do not accept COD. All orders must be paid for them to be processed and delivered.

We offer a 50% downpayment option for custom furniture orders, sample orders, and bulk orders of standard items that amount to P20,000 and above. Orders with a total amount below P20,000 must be paid in full in order to be processed.

Yes, we issue Sales Invoice for sale of our goods / products. This is provided to customer once order is fully paid. For downpayments, we issue a Collection Receipt.

Yes, we issue Official Receipt for sale of our services. Services we offer include but are not limited to design consultation, restoration, and repair services.

Yes, we issue a Collection Receipt for the downpayment of a product order (i.e. furniture or bulk order). Once an order of goods is fully paid, we then issue a Sales Invoice.

For Standard Items
All orders pass through a quality check before shipment. For non-custom and non-personalized orders, we may accept exchanges for items that are due to manufacturing defects. Kindly provide documentation of item and request for replacement. Window for replacement is within 7 business days of receipt. Knots, wood stains, variations in grain and color are not defects but are part of the natural and intrinsic characteristics of the wood.

For Custom Furniture and Projects
As per standard international practice, no warranties are given on solid hard wood products as these are natural and not engineered products. These products are kiln dried which should kill all wood eating insects and eggs present in the wood at the time of drying. Kiln-dried wood can become infested with wood eating insects and eggs from other sources if exposed after drying. Knots, wood stains, variations in grain and color, and other intrinsic wood characteristics and imperfections may be seen.  Shrinkage, expansion, warping, cupping, changes in color may result over time due to exposure to environmental elements. Repair and restoration services shall be offered on a case-to-case basis.

As of now, we offer authentic kiln-dried timber and processed wood products made from sustainably farmed Mahogany (Swietenia Macrophylla), Teak (Tectona Grandis), and Gmelina (Gmelina Arborea).

No, we do not offer Philippine endemic tree species such as Narra and Molave. There is a moratorium on harvesting of these trees as they are considered endangered or rare. These trees are extremely vital to the biodiversity of natural-growth forests, and are key to preventing soil erosion and flooding. We plant these in our farm for the purpose of preservation and diversity but we do not harvest them.

We offer the alternative farmed species that are grown in an isolated privately owned land. The trees that we have are intended for agroforestry purposes. The local ecosystem itself is already self-sustaining, meaning there is no need for irrigation or fertilizer. But we still plant and tend to seedlings of different types of plants, whenever we harvest.
